Sherry Ramey
Sherry Ramey, age 72, of Easley passed away on August 25, 2025.
She was born on July 20, 1953 to Jack Lloyd and Mary Margaret Sweet Ramey. Sherry worked as a spinner for many years. She was a member of United Wesleyan Church for over 60 years, where she taught the toddler class for generations. Sherry was a faithful woman who loved taking care of others. She also enjoyed crafts, reading Christian romance novels, Hallmark movies, and Clemson football. Sherry never went anywhere without her word search books. She was truly a one of a kind woman.
Sherry is survived by her brothers, Stan Ramey, and Steve Ramey; her sisters, Janet Stansell, and Angela James; her nieces and nephews, Crystal, Josh, Daniel, Heath, Heather, Savannah, Stevie, Haley, and Leona of the home; her great- nephews, Devin and Dylan; and her great great-nieces, Peyton and Rylie.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 31, 2025 from 2:00-2:45 PM at United Wesleyan Church.
The funeral service will follow at 3:00 PM at United Wesleyan Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to United Wesleyan Church at 738 Rice Road, Easley, SC 29640.
