Sherry Storez Obituary
She was born December 20, 1941 in Centerville, IA, the daughter of Fred and Maxine (Matheson) Germann. Sherry married Robert Storez, Sr. on September 1, 1959 in Belvidere. IL.
Sherry was employed by OMC in Beloit, WI. She was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge #191 and the American Legion West-field Post #48. Sherry enjoyed crocheting and reading books and watching old movies.
Survivors include her children, Debbie (David) Hansen of Janesville, WI, Robert Storez, Jr. of Janesville, WI, Elizbeth (Donovan) Neitzel of Beloit, WI, and Gary (Donna) Storez Sr. of Beloit, WI; daughter, Lisa (Clay) Hamilton of Beloit, WI.; grandchildren, Ann (Robert) Beck, Jennifer (Matt) Williams, Stephaine Giraldo, Brad Neitzel, Daniel Storez, Gary Storez Jr., Casey Storez, Victoria (Bill) France and Anthony Hamilton; great grandchildren, Roland, Tiffany, Devan, Erin, Grace, Stella, Jasper, Julian, Patty, Evander, Raelynn and Travis; several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents; son, Mark Storez; daughter, Jill Curry; sisters, Sandra Landis and Marsha Germann; brother, James Germann; and former husband, Robert Storez Sr.
A Funeral service for Sherry will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, January 2, 2026 in the Daley Murphy Wisch & Associates Funeral Home and Crematorium. Visitation of remembrance will be held from 9:30 until the time of service Friday in the funeral home.
