Sherry Ann Theaker of Caro, age 63, passed away peacefully while surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at Covenant Healthcare - Harrison in Saginaw. Sherry was born on November 13, 1962, in Saginaw, the daughter of the late Harold and Nancy (Fisette) Enos. She was united in marriage on April 3, 1981, to Charles Theaker in Caro. She worked at Kingsway Inn in Caro before starting at Numatics in Sandusky, where she later retired early.
Sherry lived for her family, who were her pride and joy, especially her grandbabies. She enjoyed taking her dogs, the late Mickey, Peaches, and her current pup, Missy Mae, on walks. You’d often find her either cleaning, watching HGTV, shopping or taking her precious grandbabies to the local parks or the splash pad. She also really enjoyed Christmas, the summer heat, tending to her flowers, and going on vacations with her sister Marsha. If you knew her, you knew she was a night owl and didn’t like mornings.
Sherry leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband of forty-four years, Charles Theaker of Caro; her two children, Nathan Theaker of Caro, and Dana (Theron) Zatkovic of Caro; two grandchildren, Aubree and Jaxson Zatkovic of Caro; one sister, Marsha Muska of Baytown, Texas; two brothers, Rick (Tina) Enos of Caseville, and Ronald Enos of Caro; one sister-in-law, Marie “Alyce” Theaker of Caro; and three brothers-in-law, John Theaker of Caro, Robert (Donna) Hascall of Mayville, and Timothy (Aviva) Theaker of Valrico, Florida; sister at heart, Darlene Enos of Caro; as well as many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews. In addition to her parents, Sherry was preceded in death by her brothers, Harold “Phil” Enos and William “Bill” Enos; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Ivan and Beatrice Theaker; and one brother-in-law, Terry Hascall.
Funeral services will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 29, 2026, at the Ransford Funeral Home – Caro with Pastor David Dietzel officiating. Sherry’s family will be present to receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the service. In keeping Sherry’s wishes, cremation will take place following the service.
