Randy passed away peacefully at his home with his family by his side on Sunday, October 5, 2025 at the age of 78. He was born to the late Elmer and Dolores (Gillis) Theaker on September 29, 1947 in Bay City. He was a volunteer firefighter for Monitor Fire Department for many years and was also a proud United States Marine Corps Veteran. He was a member of the American Legion Post 18. He worked as a Machine operator, starting off in Bay City and ended his career with Saginaw Steering Gear. He was an avid hunter and outdoorsmen.
Randy is survived by his wife, Marilyn Theaker; daughters, Tammy Theaker and Tamera Anderson-Hanna (Charles Hanna); grandchildren, Tyler Hanna and Shea Hanna; sister, Pam (Skip) Comfort and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by several aunts and uncles.
In honoring the wishes of Randy, cremation has taken place and no services are being planned at this time. Memorial contributions may be made to the Wishes of the Family.
