Summerton, SC. Sheryl Stubbs passed away at MUSC Health Florence Medical Center, on Friday, February 21, 2025, at the age of 74. Born on November 16, 1950, to proud parents Max and Jean, Sheryl lived a full and vibrant life surrounded by family and friends.
Sheryl married Luther "Buddy" Stubbs, in 1999, and together they have four wonderful children: Andrea, Angie, Rick, and Sherrie. She was also blessed with 7 adoring grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
Sheryl attended Frankfort High School and later went on to work at Target and General Motors electronics division in Kokomo, Indiana, before retiring in 2001.
Sheryl had many hobbies that brought her joy, including making jewelry, sewing, and coloring in detailed coloring books. She was known for making the pictures pop.
One of Sheryl's favorite pastimes was going out for meals with her family and watching movies, especially the much-anticipated Downton Abbey. She also enjoyed watching Turner Classics and Hallmark movies with her husband and fur babies.
Sheryl was preceded in death by her Mother Jean, Father Max, Brother Raymond, Sister Penny, and One Grandchild.
She will always be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and unwavering love for her family.
She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
