She was born in Plattsburgh, October 1, 1936, the daughter of Clifford and Florence (Wells) Laramie.
She was a 1954 graduate of Peru High School and later graduated from Loretta Business School in Plattsburgh.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, July 26, 2025 at 1 pm in St. Augustine's Cemetery in Peru.
Arrangements are in the care of the Hamilton Funeral Home, 294 Mannix Road, Peru, 518-643-9055.

Shirley Was a Very loving and Caring Women with a big heart I will miss her dearly I dated her Son Kim when I was in my younger years she is now in a peaceful place with her family and husband and Son May you rest in peace Shirley God Bless God has gained a angel love Tammy Desrocher
