Shirley Ann (Fairley) Watts Reese, on Thursday March 28, 2024. Mother of: Carl Watts, Jr.,  Robert Watts, Elizabeth Berry and the late Sharon Watts; Grandmother of: Robert Watts, Jr.,  Nicholas Watts, Cassandra Dickinson, Carl Watts, Caleb Watts, Jearim Tuite, Jessica Tuite, Michael Berry, and Bethany Berry; Great- Grandmother of :Gianna, Caleb Jr., Ava, Amelia, Camdyn, Autumn, Chase, and Cora: Daughter of the late Robert and Elizabeth Fairley. Shirley lived her whole life in the Brighton Heights-Bellevue area. She raised her four children there, for years as a single mother. She took great pride in her career with the Pittsburgh Police; starting as a 911 dispatch officer and later as the office manager of the detective division. In her free time she enjoyed music, dancing, and was the president of the local Parents without Partners for years. She was also an avid fisherman her whole life. She lived a long, and full life, enjoying most of her time with her family and friends. Friends received 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm on Tuesday. A Blessing Service will be held Wednesday at 12 Noon. Interment to follow in Mt. Royal Cemetery.
