Shirley Fiddler, age 68, of Green Grass, SD, entered the Spirit World on Saturday, August 19, 2023, at Firesteel Health Care Center at Mitchell, SD.
Shirley is survived by her 7 children Deanna (Jerry Tsosie) of Yuma, AZ, Marita Fiddler of Denver, CO, Charlene (Skeetz) Sacaton, AZ, Delwin Fiddler. Jr of Philadelphia, PA, Kenny Fiddler of Winner, SD, Derek Fiddler of Mitchell, SD, Seven siblings, Joanne Steele (Steve Steele), Valerie Eagle Tail, Margaret Eagle Tail, Gloria Eagle Tail, Kevin Eagle Tail, Frederick Eagle Tail Jr, and Harold Eagle Tail. 13 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren.
A wake service will begin at 7:00 PM, Friday, August 25, 2023, at the Green Grass Community Center, Green Grass, SD. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, August 26, at the Green Grass Center, with Mother Ellen Huber officiating. After a luncheon, burial will follow at the Green Grass Community Cemetery.
Funeral arrangements have been placed with Rooks Funeral Service at Star Nation Center, Eagle Butte.
