Shirley Ann Ausbon Morgan Fines, 87, passed away at her residence in Amory on Thursday, March 26, 2026. She was born in Amory on April 2, 1938 to the late Thomas Homer and Mary Myrtle Hudson Ausbon. Shirley was a graduate of Smithville High School, Class of 1957. She had a longtime career in the area garment industry that spanned 40 years and several different factories. Shirley loved being with her family and had a huge personality when she was around others. If the weather was warm and the sun was out, Shirley could often be found in her yard tending to her flowers or gardening. She also enjoyed sewing and taking care of her pets, especially her dog Gracie. She was a member of Smithville Methodist Church.
Shirley is survived by her sons, Phillip Randall Morgan and Clarence Lee Morgan, both of Fulton; daughter, Tracey Ann Bean, Shannon; grandchildren, Ryan Bean and Zakk Bean, both of Shannon; great grandchildren, Mason, Spencer, Rahlee and Stalee Bean, all of Shannon; a host of nieces, nephews and her dog, Gracie.
In addition to her parents, Shirley is preceded in death by her husbands, Dickie Morgan and Tom Fines; son, Phillip Anthony Morgan; sister, Madonna Cole; brothers, Robert "Bobby" Ausbon and Landon Ausbon.
A Graveside Service will be held at 11:30 AM on Saturday, March 28, 2026 at New Salem Cemetery with Rev. Sammy Washburn officiating. Pallbearers will be Ryan Bean, Zakk Bean, Robbie Ausbon and Matt Miller.
Visitation will be held at Cleveland Moffett Funeral Home in Amory from 10 AM until 11 AM on Saturday, March 28, 2026.
