Shirley was born on September 10, 1930 in Springfield, Massachusetts, and passed away November 8, 2012 in Lancaster at the age of 82. Shirley was a resident of Antelope Valley for 51 years and lived at Mayflowers Gardens. One of the loves of her life was watching her Granddaughter's horse riding competitions. Left to cherish her memory are son Mark Hadden of Lancaster, granddaughter Carlene Hadden, Lancaster, sisters Alice Elia of Texas, Karen Penna , brother Gerald Gordon both of Massachusetts. Visitation will be held Tuesday November 13, 2012 4pm to 8pm at Halley Olsen Murphy Funerals & Cremation, Lancaster. Interment will be held at Riverside National Cemetery later in the week.
