Shirley A Leiby

In loving memory of Shirley Ann Leiby born December 18th 1937. She entered heaven November 10th 2025. She was the most wonderful mother to her children Craig, Michael, Kristy and Todd. She had nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
She was born in Sterling Colorado to Joseph and Emma Frasco. She grew up on the family farm and then attended college at Colorado State University meeting her husband Paul.
After marriage she relocated to Minot North Dakota then Pocatello Idaho raising her family. She obtained a Bachelor in Health Care Administration from Idaho State University. She was divorced in Pocatello and started her own career as a home health administrator.
She relocated to Wenatchee Washington, Fresno California and Redlands California. She earned a Masters of Organizational Development and also running nursing homes, home health and hospice programs before retiring in Redlands.
After retirement she moved to Coeur d' Alene, Idaho to be close to her children. She discovered Arizona visiting her brother Joseph Jr and Sister in law Peggy. She loved Arizona eventually relocating there permanently until her death.
Shirley had a zest for life traveling the world, skiing and exploring. She was beautiful person that brightened the world. She will be missed but will continue through our memories. To send flowers to the family or plant a tree in memory of Shirley A Leiby, please visit our floral store.
