Lisa Ann Leiby (Craig), 56, of Cranberry Township, PA, passed away peacefully at home in the early morning of October 1, 2025. She was welcomed into heaven by her parents, Ronald J. and Janice Marie Craig, her grandmothers, Leona Verbyla and Josephine Craig, and her constant companion and love, Mark Nanni. She is survived by her beloved daughter, Kiera Elizabeth O'Brien, her sister and brother-in-law,Karin and Casey Rodak, nephews Quinn and Chase Rodak, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Lisa grew up in Exeter, PA where she graduated from Wyoming Area High School in 1987. She attended Luzerne County Community College and graduated as a registered nurse in 1992. Her career began at Mercy Hospital in Scranton, PA, transitioning to home care, and ultimately to RN Case Management for Aetna while living in Collegeville, PA. In 2010, she and her daughter relocated to Pittsburgh to be closer to family.

Lisa was special, courageously navigating through a 20-year journey with Multiple Sclerosis. Lover of coffee and all things Halloween, collector of many, many pairs of shoes, she orchestrated many a shopping trip in her power wheelchair, with an obligatory fashion show upon our return home. She was resilient, finding new things to appreciate as her abilities changed. From writing poetry in her younger days to listening to it. From baking a cake to tasting a small piece. From speeding behind an ambulance as a teenager to get to work at the Top Dog on time to being on a first-name basis with each driver taking her to doctor appointments. With every change, she adapted with that big smile.

Lisa's perseverance and positivity is a testament to the many selfless people who cared for her over the years. With immense gratitude and the greatest of love, thank you to Amy, Bob, Katie,Lynda, Terri, and all of the staff at Helping Hands Homecare who added so much joy to her life.To Hayley, Virginia, and Missy of AHN Hospice and all of the staff, your dedication and compassion is a treasure. You are ALL angels on earth.
