Shirley was retired from Maple Grove Elementary School where she worked as a Teacher's Aide. She was a member of Joppa Baptist Church.
Shirley is survived by her husband of 57 years, Terry Lewis; son, Mike Lewis and wife Leslie; grandson, Dustin Womack and wife Sara; granddaughter, Kate Lewis; great grandson, Camilo Womack; several nieces and nephews.
Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Clara Hill; brothers, Dewey Hill and Mitchell Hill.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Aikins-Farmer-Loftus-McManus Funeral Home. Online condolences may be made at www.aikinsfarmer-millerfh.com
