Shirley Mae Jordan Obituary
Funeral services celebrating the life of Shirley Mae McQuillan Jordan, 87, of Gilbert, Louisiana will be held at 12:00 P.M., Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at the First Pentecostal Church of Wisner, Louisiana with Rev. Payton Sparks officiating. Interment will follow immediately after at Oakley Cemetery, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Winnsboro.
Shirley was the founder of the First Pentecostal Church of Wisner, LA. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great grandmother. Shirley enjoyed being a full-time homemaker.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Mac. T. Jordan; granddaughter, Jessica Spruill; sisters, Margie Lambert and Mary Lee Robinson; parents, John T. McQuillin and Bessie L. McQuillin; and brother, John Edward McQuillin.
Shirley is survived by her sons, Thomas M. Jordan, Phillip Q. Jordan, and Keith D. Jordan; grandchildren, Vangie Moser, Rebekah Bland, Annie Spruill, Ryan Jordan, Tommy Jordan, and Anna Ferguson; sisters, Lilly Roberts, Francis Batey, and LaVerne Stump; and numerous other relatives.
The visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service at the church.
