Shirley Elizabeth Ortell (nee Mueller), of Florissant, MO, was baptized into the hope of Christ's resurrection on Sat. March 11, 2023, at the age of 84. Cherished daughter of the late Ernest and Cecelia Mueller. She is preceded in death by her son Tim Ortell. Devoted mother of Cheryl Angelo, Rick (Sharon) Ortell, Debbie (Gary) Yakel, Tom (Tracy) Ortell; loving grandmother of 13 and great-grandmother of 8.
Shirley loved the peaceful nature of the outdoors, finding great joy in her flower gardens and watching the birds from her back porch. She took long drives to no place in particular. She was an avid fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and Blues. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
