Shirley Ann Rash (nee Fenstermacher) of Hyattsville, Maryland passed away on Thursday, July 24, 2025 at the age of 90.

She was predeceased by her loving and devoted husband of fifty years, William B. Rash, Sr.

She is survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, as well as many other family and friends.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 10 am until 11 am on Thursday, July 31, 2025, at Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 1000 North DuPont Parkway, New Castle, DE, where a celebration of life will begin at 11 am. Interment will follow in Gracelawn Memorial Park, 2220 North DuPont Highway, New Castle, DE.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mrs. Rash's name to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, P.O. Box 96929, Washington, DC 20090-6929 or online by clicking here.
