As her daughter and son, we honor a remarkable woman — a loving mother, devoted grandmother, and cherished great-grandmother whose kindness, strength, and wisdom shaped our lives in ways words can barely express. She filled our home with warmth, comfort, and a love that will forever stay in our hearts. Losing her has left an emptiness nothing can replace, but her lessons, her laughter, and the memories she created continue to guide us every day. We carry her spirit with us always, cherishing the bond we shared and honoring the legacy she leaves behind. We find peace knowing she is pain-free and at rest, surrounded by love.
Chauvin Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Shirley Thayer.
