Shirley Ann Weise passed away on August 25, 2025 in Klamath Falls, Oregon.

Shirley was born in Payette, Idaho on November 26, 1935 to William D. Helton and Martha Helton (Morton).

Shirley is survived by her 5 children Harlan G. Weise (Virginia), Edward W. William, Sherry Hayter (Tom), Robert J. Weise, Timothy A. Weise (Deena), and 1 brother-in-law Ronald C. Weise (Deena). She has 12 grand children, 21 great grand children, and 4 great great grand children. She is proceeded in death by her parents William D. Helton, Martha Helton; her husband, Harlan D. Weise; her brother, Kenneth Helton, and 1 sister, Margret Myers.

Shirley worked for Oregon Institute of Technology (OIT) as a cook, and house keeper for 23 years; retiring in 1993.

Shirley and Harlan were married August 22, 1952. Starting in 1975, they began 30 years of salmon fishing in Brookings, Oregon. Everyone looked forward to their weekends to join them. After their first trip to Alaska, they wanted to see more; buying a motor home, and making 13 trips throughout Alaska. Their motor homes were their pride and joy, taking them across the United States.

Shirley loved to garden and to spend time with family.

Services will be held at Davenport's Chapel, 2680 Memorial Drive, Klamath Falls, Oregon. She will be interred with Harlan D. Weise at Eagle Point National Cemetery, 2763 Riley Road, Eagle Point, Oregon.
