Shulamit Radin

Shulamit Radin was born on June 25, 1940 and died on April 6, 2025. Daughter of Samuel and Debora Rhyzak. Shulamit graduated from the Institute of Steel & Alloy with a degree in Metallurgy. Together with her husband Alexander and son Michael, she left the Soviet Union in July 1983 for a better life and future and settled in South Jersey.
Shulamit worked at the University of Pennsylvania as a research scientist in the department of Bioengineering. She published numerous papers and presented her research at several American and international conferences.
Shulamit lived an active athletic, social and cultural life. She loved to read, go to theater, concerts and traveled often.
Alexander Radin (husband) and Michael Radin (son) will miss her and have everlasting memories about her. Alexander worked at the University of Pennsylvania in the Department of Material Science and Michael is a professor of mathematics at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
A funeral service will begin at 12:30 pm, on Friday, April 11, 2025, at Bradley Funeral Home, 601 Rt 73 South and Evesham Rd, Marlton, NJ 08053. Burial will follow at Berlin Cemetery in Berlin.
