Sidney L. Baldillez Sr.

Sidney L. Baldillez, Sr., 52, of Beeville, Texas, passed away on Thursday, December 4, 2025. He was born on October 28, 1973, in Beeville, Texas, to Hector and Lydia Baldillez. He worked as an oil field supervisor. Sidney's passion was fishing and making his own fishing jigs. Sidney was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend who will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

Sidney was preceded in death by his parents, Hector and Lydia Baldillez Sr., and his in-laws, Miguel and Annabelle Hurtado.

Sidney is survived by his wife of 31 years, Michelle Baldillez; his son, Sidney (Bailey) Baldillez Jr.; and his grandson, Wyatt Lee Baldillez. Sidney is also survived by his brother, Hector (Ali) Baldillez Jr. ; his sister, Clarissa Baldillez; and a host of other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at Trevino Funeral Home from 5:00pm - 8:00pm with the Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00pm. The funeral mass will be held by Father Richard Gutierrez on Friday, December 12, 2025, at 10:00am at St Joseph's Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Victory Cemetery #2.

Pallbearers will be Jacob Hernandez, Ernest Suniga, Ruben DeLaGarza Sr., Noe Cano, Jonathan Guerrero, and Jose Garcia. Honorary pallbearers will be Sidney Baldillez Jr., Wyatt Baldillez, Hector Baldillez Jr., John Arredondo, Yahaira Esquivel, Ivan Esquivel Jr., Jazzlynn Arciba, Layla Arciba, and Bella Cantrell.
