Sidney Carmon Clark

Sidney Carmon Clark, age 88 of Rockfield, KY passed away Sunday, September 4, 2022 at Signature Health Care of Bowling Green, KY. Sidney was born on Monday, January 1, 1934 in Butler County, KY to the union of the late James C. and Sarah Elizabeth Hawes Staples. She was a member of Clear Fork Baptist Church in Rockfield, KY and retired from the Warren County Public Schools. Sidney enjoyed gardening, hummingbirds, cooking, flowers and ice cream. Other than her parents she is preceded in death by her siblings J.C., Carlisle, Bronie Earl, Exie, Freeda, Bill and Freeman.
Sidney Carmon Clark is survived by husband of 67 years Harold Clark; two daughters Mariea Lewis (Larry) and Voletta Havener (Gerald); grandchildren & great grandchildren Susie (Eric), Jacob (Kaitlyn), Brandy (Shadi), Brandon (Jamie), Trey, September, Paislyn, Saige, Cruz, Noura and Oliver.
Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Thursday, September 8, 2022 at 1:00 pm with Bro. Chad Bewley officiating. Burial will be in the Clear Fork Church Cemetery in Rockfield, KY. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 7, 2022 from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm and Thursday 10:00 am until funeral time at 1:00 pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to Clear Fork Baptist Church Building Fund 303 Clear Fork Spur Road Rockfield, KY 42274 or Parkinson's disease.
