Sidney Hoffman Obituary

He was born on January 10th, 1935 at Baptist Central Hospital in Memphis and attended Central High School.
On December 26th, 1965, Sidney married the love of his life, Barbara Cohen Hoffman. Together they had two children, Mark and Caryn, to whom they devoted their entire lives. Their marriage of almost 50 years was an enduring example of love and commitment.
Sidney began his career in the funeral business, working for Berco Funeral Products with his lifelong friend Bobby Bernatsky. He eventually started his own funeral supply business, Camar Funeral Products, named for his two children. Sidney enjoyed vacations in Florida and South Carolina with his family, including grandchildren Emma, Connor, and Jay. In his later years, he was cared for by his son Mark at his home in Arlington.
Sidney will be remembered for his love of the Atlanta Braves, Memphis Tigers, a great lunch, and above all, his family, in whom is legacy lives on.
