Sierra Promise Talley

Sierra Promise Talley, age 28, passed away peacefully on February 10, 2026, at Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was born on June 24, 1997, in Fort Smith to Brian David Colvin Sr. and Marcella (Cardoza) Maclachlan.

Sierra devoted her life to being a loving and nurturing mother. Her three children were her pride and joy, and she treasured every moment spent with them. Family meant everything to Sierra, and she found her greatest happiness in caring for those she loved. A woman of strong Christian faith, she lived with compassion, generosity, and a servant's heart.

Sierra will be remembered as selfless and kind-someone who would go above and beyond to help others. She was an overcomer who faced life's challenges with strength and courage, fighting bravely until the very end. Above all, she will be remembered as a devoted, nurturing, and deeply loving mother.

She is survived by her parents; her husband, Joshua Talley; her beloved children, Addilyn McKinley, Cohen Rhett, and Indy Rayne; her siblings, Brian Colvin Jr., Jordan, Serenity, and Skyla; two nephews and six nieces; her grandmother, Debbie; and a host of extended family members and dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Larry, and her grandmother, Addie.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at First Baptist Church of Van Buren in the chapel located in the Education Building, with Pastor Chris Johnson officiating.
