Silas "Sisi" Wayne Kelley, a joyful and spirited child, born on October 29, 2019, in Livingston, Texas, departed from this world on August 20, 2025, in Cleveland, Texas. Sisi was a vibrant soul whose energy and love for life were palpable to all who knew him." A short time to us, but a lifetime of love, you're in our hearts, always." The love for a child lasts forever, and their memory keeps them close to our hearts. His passion for trains brought him immense joy, and he radiated happiness as he embraced the world around him.
He is lovingly remembered by his parents, Jeffery and Tabitha Kelley, who cherished every moment spent with their energetic son. Sisi's sister, Elizabeth Jane Kelley, will carry the memories of their playful adventures together in her heart forever. Sisi was deeply loved by his paternal grandparents, Crystal Kelley and Paw D "Chicken", and maternal grandparents, Jennifer and Steven Pearce, who delighted in sharing affectionate moments and creating treasured memories with him. He is also survived by his great grandparents, Mark and Bernadine Duval, and David Cunningham, alongside his aunts Jolie Duval, Samantha Pearce, Jessica Pearce, and Madison Benfield, Angel Karim and Heather Cadena . Additionally, he leaves behind his uncles, Coltin Morgan, Cameron Morgan, Hunter Gaspard, Dontie Jackson, who adored him dearly.
Preceding Sisi in death were his beloved Nana, Carolyn Rains, his Mimi, Linda Cunningham and uncle Steven Cunningham. The legacy of Silas "Sisi" Wayne Kelley lives on through the love he shared with his family and friends, who will forever remember his joyful spirit and infectious energy. He has touched the hearts of many and will be deeply missed.
Visitation in honor of Sisi's life will be held on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at Neal Funeral Home in Cleveland, Texas. Followed by a funeral service at 11:00 am. Interment at Ryan Cemetery in Cleveland, Texas.
