Silvia is preceded in death by her Father, Gregorio Perez and Mother, Maria Guadalupe Perez. She is survived by her beloved family which includes her Husband, Jose Luis Ortiz; 2 Sons, Roger and Edward Ortiz; and Daughter, Lynzy Karina Ortiz. Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 4, 2024, 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Felix H. Morales Funeral Home, Houston, Texas with a Rosary beginning at 6:00 pm.
A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, 10:00 am at Felix H. Morales Funeral Home - Central. Rite of Committal will follow at Hollywood Cemetery.

Silvia Ortiz, 55 años de Houston, entró al descanso eterno el 24 de mayo de 2024. Nació el 21 de enero de 1969.
A Silvia le precedieron su padre, Gregorio Pérez y su madre, María Guadalupe Pérez. Le sobrevive su amada familia, que incluye a su esposo, José Luis Ortiz; 2 hijos, Roger y Edward Ortiz; e hija, Lynzy Karina Ortiz. El velorio se llevará a cabo el martes 4 de junio de 2024, de 3:00 pm a 8:00 pm en la funeraria Felix H. Morales, Houston, Texas, y el rosario comenzará a las 6:00 pm. Se llevará a cabo un servicio fúnebre el miércoles 5 de junio de 2024 a las 10:00 am en la funeraria Felix H. Morales - Central. El rito de sepelio seguirá en el cementerio Hollywood.
