Simon Mbeilofeyine Kengkoh

Simon Mbeilofeyine Kengkoh, 50, of Odessa, Texas, passed away peacefully on November 2, 2025, at Medical Center Hospital in Odessa.
Simon was born on February 3, 1975, in Bamebda, Cameroon, to James Kengkoh and Esther Ekwoh. He married Adeline Katu on July 4, 2011, in Cameroon, and together they built a beautiful life grounded in love, faith, and family.
Simon was a visionary man with a generous spirit and a heart for people. He was friendly to all, smart, and business-minded, always thinking ahead and striving for excellence. He spoke five languages fluently and had a deep appreciation for learning and growth.
Simon loved to farm, especially cultivating all kinds of vegetables, and took pride in nurturing the earth's abundance. He was deeply family-oriented, a loving husband and father, and a good Christian who truly loved the Lord. Those who knew him will remember his courage, determination, and unwavering willingness to learn.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Adeline Katu; three beloved children, Elvia Kebe Mbeilofeyine, Emmanuel Kengkoh, and Favour Koll Mbeilofe Yine; and three sisters, Pamela Kengkoh, Beltha Kengkoh, and Evekyine Kengkoh.
Simon was preceded in death by his parents, James Kengkoh and Esther Ekwoh.
Simon's life was a reflection of faith, love, and perseverance. His kindness and strength will remain forever in the hearts of those who were blessed to know him.
