Simone Cerny Sanders

Simone Cerny Sanders, a devoted wife, loving mother, passed away on June 23, 2025, in Wharton, Texas, at the age of 64.
Born on September 7, 1960, Simone was a woman of strength, warmth, and unwavering love for her family. She was the beloved wife of the late Robbie Sanders and the proud mother of Jonathan Sanders and Rebekah Sanders. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jim and Jonell Cerny, and her sister, Desiree Bohning.
Simone is survived by her children, as well as a host of loving brothers- and sisters-in-laws, nieces, nephews, and extended family members who will continue to honor her memory.
Simone dedicated her life to her family. She poured her heart into her role as a mother and wife, and her gentle presence, steady support, and kind spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Visitation will be from 4-6 p.m. on Sunday, June 29 at Triska Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 10 a.m. on Monday, June 30 at First Methodist Church in El Campo. Burial will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Robert Cerny, Derek Sanders, Randy Lutringer, Duane Lutringer, Anthony Tyrone, Richard Cerny, Trace Sanders and Brian Sanders.
