He was known for his kindness, generosity, and his great ability to bring joy, humor, and a sense of encouragement and belonging to all he met.
He is survived by his wife Cassandre, his children, grandchildren, parents, brother, sister, and their families.
A service will be held at Albert G. Horton, Jr. Veterans Cemetery in Suffolk on Friday April 14, 2023 at 10am as well as a special memorial / celebration of life to take place at Jax Place Bar in Virginia Beach. Details will be released via Facebook as soon as dates are known. Please visit his webpage at www.grahamfuneralhome.com to leave a note of condolence to his family.
