SGM (Ret.) Timothy James "T.J." Howden, 81, of Richland, Missouri, passed away June 12, 2024, at his home in Richland.
Funeral service with Full Military Honors will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 18, 2024 in the Memorial Chapel of Richland. Interment will be held at a later date.
Visitation will be held at 12:00 P.M., until time of service at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 18, 2024, in the Memorial Chapel of Richland.
Services are under the direction of Memorial Chapel of Richland.
Mr. Howden is survived by his wife, "Bonnie" of the home in Richland, MO; one daughter, Sheryl Dawn Howden-Bailes of Dixon, MO; two sons, Shawn Brown of Dixon, MO and Shane Brown of the state of TN; 13 grandchildren, Joshua Bond, Jordan Bond, Ethan Howden, Ember Bailes, Dakota Brown, Matthew Brown, Caiden Brown, Zachary Brown, Megan Brown, Jadyn Brown, Grayson Brown, Lilliana Grace Bell, and Olivia Bell; 10 great grandchildren, Sophia, Raylen, Liam, Noah, Waylon Timothy, Ronni, Freya, Brody, Caroline, and Millie; one brother, Steve Howden (Jeanette) of Union Gap, WA; several nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made in memory of SMG (Ret.) "T.J." Howden and can be left at the funeral home.

I remember tj fondly from being a part of the sports program for 13 years. He taught me so much about various sports and was a great mentor. I was so saddened to see this notice after the fact. My prayers are with the family.
