Sonny Deckard Obituary

before this horrible disease and the side effects of medication, Pop was an active deacon who loved doing visitation with his pastor. He was known by most family as Sonny. Everyone called him Sonny instead of Carl.
He is survived by his son Richard Deckard; 5 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren, as well as by nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents.
He was a member of Walnut Hill Baptist Church in Walnut Hill, Florida, and services will be held there as well. Serivces will be held on Monday, January 30th, with visitation services beginning at 1:00 P.M and funeral services beginning at 2:00 P.M.
