Sonny Jackson, a devoted family man and skilled tradesman, passed away peacefully on December 8, 2025, in Lake Wales, Florida, at the age of 76. Born on January 22, 1949, in Blakely, Georgia to the late Charlie and Hilda Jackson.
Sonny was a proud veteran who served with the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Deeply devoted to his family, Sonny played an integral role in instilling strong values in his loved ones. He cherished his wife of 50 years, Sandra Kay Jackson; sons, Tim Jackson and wife Kolette of Tennessee, and Aaron Jackson of Lake Wales; grandchildren, Caden, Austin, and Cheyenne; four great-grandchildren, including Faith; siblings, Margaret Lassiter of Lake Wales, Ann Stockton of Sarasota, Don Jackson and wife Danise of Lake Wales, and Ronald Jackson and wife Carmen of Winter Haven.
