Stacia Amber Severtson

Stacia Amber Severtson, born July 3, 1974, in Torrington Wyoming, to Susan B. Dodson and David R. Severtson, passed away on March 12, 2026. She was 51 years old. Stacia was known for her warm spirit and kind heart. She spent many years working as a waitress at Deacon's Restaurant, where she became a familiar and friendly face to countless customers and coworkers. More recently, she worked with DSI Services and was honored with a plaque recognizing five years of loyal service, something she was proud to achieve. Stacia had a gift for connecting with people. She seemed to make friends everywhere she went and was known for her generosity and compassion toward others. Above all, she loved her family deeply. Her greatest joy in life was her Daughter Sabia Severtson Son Tavis Severtson and four grandchildren-Peighton, Rylee, Teagyn, and Remington-who held a very special place in her heart. She was preceded in death by her father, David R. Severtson; her daughter, Sabia Severtson; her grandfathers, Valentine "Bud" Severtson and Glenn Bremer; and her grandmothers, Leona Severtson and Jackie Bremer. Stacia is survived by her loving mother, Susan Dodson of Torrington; her stepfather, Greg Dodson of Torrington; her son, Tavis Severtson; her sister Brandi Wright; her brother, Garrett Dodson; her son-in-law, Patrick Hargraves; and her beloved grandchildren, Peighton, Rylee, Teagyn, and Remington, along with many extended family members and friends who will miss her dearly. Stacia will be remembered for her kindness, her ability to make others feel welcome, and the love she shared with those around her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
