Stacy Ann Bates (Horvat), aged 58, passed away peacefully at her home on October 12, 2024. Born on February 22, 1966, in Colorado Springs, CO. Stacy shared a special bond with her twin sister, Justine. Together, they brought joy to the Horvat and McKown families.
Stacy’s greatest love was her family. She relocated to South Carolina in 2022 to be closer to her first grandchild. She is survived by her sons, Skyler and Logan Bates, and her adored grandchildren, AyaDiana and Anaxander Andrew. Stacy also leaves behind her sister, Andrea; her parents, Mark and Diana Horvat; a niece, and a nephew; and many extended family members, including cousins, aunts, and uncles.
In accordance with her wishes, Stacy will be returned to Colorado, where she will rest alongside her twin sister, Justine. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
