Stacy O'Neil Birchmore, Jr., 79, of Gilbert, passed away Sunday, August 13, 2023 at Emory Hospital following a brief illness. Mr. Birchmore was born on February 22, 1944 to the late Stacy O'Neil Birchmore, Sr. and Angie Timmons Birchmore. He was self employed for many years working in the trucking and restaurant industries. Mr. Birchmore had a loved for antique cars and at one time had more than 20 in his collection. He was also a dog lover, especially his Pomeranians. Mr. Birchmore was a US Airforce Veteran.
Surviving are his brother, Charlie Birchmore (Shirley); stepson, Chad Bialik; nieces, Wendy Hartley, Cassie Taylor (Frankie), Melissa Stone; and nephews, Greg Hartley (Jennifer) and Shannon Birchmore (Angela), Dale Birchmore (Jacqueline), Andy Birchmore (Sharon), Zack Birchmore (Brianna); sister-in-law, Melissa Birchmore He is also survived by great nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Karen Sue Birchmore; sister, Sandra Russell; brother, Wayne Birchmore; and nephew, Ricky Drafts.
