Stacy Lynn Burch

Stacy Lynn (King) Burch, 51, of Jackson passed away June 2, 2024. Stacy's family and friends will gather Thursday June 6, 2024, 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. at Eineder Funeral Homes – Michigan Center Chapel (Formerly Arthur-Day Funeral Home). Her funeral service will be held on Friday, June 7, 2024 11:00 a.m. with visitation prior to service 10:00 a.m. Pastor Jeff Sheeks will serve as celebrant.
She was born on January 1, 1973, in McDowell, Kentucky to Shirley Ann Smith (King). Stacy married the love of her life, William (Bill) Burch, on August 6, 2021, in Jackson, Michigan. She will be remembered as a loving, caring and devoted mother and wife. She especially enjoyed being with her grandchildren. Stacy was an excellent cook, often feeding her family and friends. She loved traveling to her home state of Kentucky, golfing with her family, and caring for her many house plants. Stacy was strong-willed, fearless and was everyone's friend.
Stacy will be deeply missed by her husband Bill; her children, Pedro Hopkins II (Taylor); Kennedy Hopkins (Jacob); mother Shirley Ann Smith; sister Christy Manthei; grandchildren, Easton, Greyson and Ollie; special cousin Belisha King; many other cousins; niece, McKenzie and nephew, Kyle. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Troy Odis and Etta Rose King, her brother Michael David King and aunt Carol Lynn (King) Miller.
