Stacy Dent Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Allen Funeral Home - Hurricane on Sep. 15, 2025.

Publish in a newspaper

Stacy Dawn Dent, 41, of Milton passed peacefully in her sleep on Sunday, September 14, 2025. Stacy was full of sunshine from the time she was born. Her outgoing personality would light up any room. She was a 2002 Hurricane High School graduate. Ethan, her son was the love of her life. Her contagious smile and kind heart were her God given gifts. She was full of positive energy. She was always welcoming to anyone and never met a stranger. She so enjoyed Ethan and all his buddies. Not known for cooking, she always fixed them cinnamon rolls, biscuits and gravy and picked up milk shakes after a night of games, music and laughter. Everyone that knew her knew she loved to talk and laugh. Her continuous talking may have gotten on your nerves, but she continued talking. (Wonder where she got that from?) She was so proud of Ethan performing in the Red Hot Show Choir and was his biggest and loudest cheerleader. She loved the memory of going with her mom to the Price of Right. She got to come on down and won the showcase. She was always willing to help others even though sometimes she got in trouble. Her happiness was spending time watching movies, listening to music with Ethan and boyfriend, Rusty. Stacy was very thoughtful of others and loved whole heartly. God received an angel to talk to.
She is survived by her son, Ethan, her mother, Linda Dent of Culloden, her dad, Don (Sandy) of Scott Depot and love of her life and boyfriend, Rusty Cremeans. She had a very special uncle, Rusty Cook (Helen) who encouraged and supported her throughout her life no matter what. Also survived by a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Ethan Adkins, 78 Pine Street, Culloden, WV 25510, for his continued education at Marshall.
