Stan Negen

Stanley Lee Negen, age 60, of Barrett, Minnesota formally of Montevideo, Minnesota, passed away on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at the Lake Region Healthcare. Memorial Service will be held on Monday, November 28, 2022 at 2:00 PM at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Montevideo. Visitation will be held Monday one hour prior to the service at the church.
Stanley Lee Negen was born on February 22, 1962 in Granite Falls, Minnesota to LeRoy and Doris (Peters) Negen. He got confirmed at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Montevideo. He graduated from Montevideo Senior High in 1980. Stan worked at Harvest States Elevator, Karian Peterson. He then moved up north to Barrett to work at Key Contracting.
Stan enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing, living on the lake and spending time with his family, children, grandchildren, and close friends.
On Wednesday, November 9, 2022 passed away in Fergus Falls at the Lake Region Healthcare at the age of 60.
Stan is survived by his sons, Christopher (Sarah) Negen of Montevideo, Jon (Mia) Negen of Granite Falls, 6 Grandchildren Autum Negen, Breyer Negen, Christopher Jr, Emma, Landon. Carly, Ava; Sisters Shirley (Allen) Halliday, Sharon (Bob) Anderson, Sandy (David) Macziewski, Shelly (Steve) Spletter; Brother Steven (Kay) Negen as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other famliy and friends.
Stan in preceded in death by his parents LeRoy, Stepmother Luella, Doris, Stepfather Dellie McDougald; brother-in-law Richard Tweeter, niece, Rita Tweeter, nephew Derek Negen.
