Stanislaw Mosson Obituary
Stan married the love of his life Genevive in 1967 and moved to America where they started their beautiful family and his long career at Scot Forge.
Described as fun-loving and adventurous, Stanislaw had a zest for life that was truly infectious. His spirit was as bright as the sun he so adored basking under during his cherished moments at beaches around the world. A true wanderlust at heart, he roamed far and wide, exploring different corners of the globe with friends and family by his side. Stanislaw's escapades in his trusty campervan were legendary, creating memories to last a lifetime.
In his professional life at Scot Forge, Stanislaw's dedication and skill as a machinist left an indelible mark on all who had the pleasure of working with him. His precision and craftsmanship were second to none, earning him respect and admiration from colleagues and clients alike.
He is survived by his Wife Genevive, Sons Mark (Jennifer) Mosson, and Rich (Sarah) Mosson; Grandchildren, Stormy, Mia, and Hudson; his brother Zdzisek and brother-in-law John. He is Preceded in death by both of his parents. Stanislaw leaves behind a legacy of laughter, adventure, and camaraderie that will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
A visitation will be held Thursday May 30, 2024 at Colonial Funeral Home 591 Ridgeview Dr. McHenry IL from 9:00-10:30am. A funeral mass will be held Thursday, May 30, at St. Mary Parish, 1401 N Richmond Rd, McHenry IL at 11:00am. Interment will follow at 2:30pm in Justice IL at Resurrection Cemetery.
