Stanley Julian Hagen, 88, Park Rapids, MN passed away Monday, November 17, 2025 at his home.
Stan was born August 17, 1937 in Crosby, ND to Hans and Blanch (Robbins) Hagen. He attended school in Park Rapids and served in the US Air Force. He married Evelyn Harvala on September 24, 1960 and they had three children, Shelly, Sheila and Brent. He was self-employed in construction as an equipment operator. He enjoyed fishing trips to Canada and days at the lake. He enjoyed traveling and time spent in South Texas. He was a loving father and grandfather.
He is survived by his wife, Evelyn Hagen of Park Rapids; children, Shelly (Randy) Hamblin, Sheila (Tal Heldt) Cordahl, Brent (Shawna) Hagen; his grandchildren – Jessica Cordahl, Aaron Hamblin, Garrett Hamblin, Devin Cordahl, Brody Hagen and Coby Hagen; and siblings, Delores Holweg, Eva Hagen, and Luella Schneider.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Hans and Blanch Hagen; his siblings, Evelyn Christianson, Harry Hagen, John Hagen, Josie Baer, Elmer Hagen, Floyd Hagen, Milo Hagen, Duane Hagen, Thelma Decker, Verna Ronnebaum, Charlie Hagen, Willy Hagen, and Janice Engelen.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, November 28, 2025 at St. John's Lutheran Church in Park Rapids, a visitation is one hour before the service at the church with lunch to follow at the Park Rapids American Legion. Burial will be at 2 pm at the Pickeral Lake Cemetery in Wolf Lake.
