Stanley Allen Maxwell, 44, of Springfield, MO passed away Thursday, March 26, 2026. He was born August 7, 1981, to Gail Walker and Stan Maxwell in Lamar, MO.
Stanley was a self-taught stainless-steel welder and worked for several companies around Springfield. His favorite past time was tinkering on old tractors.
He was preceded in death by his father, Stan Maxwell; uncle, Jerry Maxwell; and his paternal grandfather, Jerl Maxwell.
Stanley is survived by his mother, Gail Walker; stepfather, Aaron Walker; sisters, Jennifer Moore and Kayla Robertson; brother-in-law, Travis Moore; nephew, Aiden Walker, niece, Abigail Walker; maternal grandmother, Wilma Steele; paternal grandmother, Esther Maxwell; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Go rest high on that mountain son, your work on earth is done.
