Stanley is survived by his wife, Ruby Star Comes Out; sons, Barron Star Comes Out and Jonathan Star Comes Out; daughters, Nancy Star Comes Out, Monica (Billy) Star Comes Out, Mary Star Comes Out, Jessie Star Comes Out, Eliza (Tony) Star Comes Out, Leah (Joseph) Amiotte, Leilani (Gabe) Star Comes Out, and Raquel Star Comes Out; brothers, Edward Star Comes Out and Stephan Star Comes Out; 40 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, & cousins.
Stanley was preceded in death by his parents, Stephen and Stella (Bear Robe) Star Comes Out; daughters, Linda Belt and Elizabeth Star Comes Out; brothers, Ivan Star Comes Out and Frank Star Comes Out, Sr.; sisters, Clementine Star Comes Out and Virginia Star Comes Out; niece, Tami Starr; and grandchildren, Kelsey Good Lance, Patricia Brewer, Nicolette McLaughlin, and Cato Clarke.
Pallbearers will be Eugenio White Hawk, Art Hopkins, Wendell Yellow Bull, Brian Starr, Gabe Pulliam-Sanchez, Joseph Amiotte, Tony Oglesby, Ivan Starr, Jr., Tim Bores A Hole, Marques Star Comes Out, Jonathon Star Comes Out, Jaycie Star Comes Out, and Patrick Brewer, Jr.
Honorary pallbearers will be All O.S.T. Dept. of Public Safety, AIM 1981, All Veterans, Stephanie Starr & Family, Gina Starr & Family, Frank Starr & Family, Edward Starr & Family, Caroline Slow Bear & Family, Bernard Starr, Pam Starr & Family, Sheryl Starr & Family, and All Friends & Relatives.
Wake Services: Two night wake service starting at 11:30 AM, Friday, December 13, 2024 at the Brother Rene Hall in Oglala, SD with evening services starting at 7:00 PM.
Funeral Services: 2:00 PM, Sunday, December 15, 2024 at the Brother Rene Hall in Oglala, SD
Traditional Lakota Services: To Be Announced
Burial Services: Our Lady of the Sioux Catholic Cemetery, Oglala, SD
