The family of Stella Therese Blais is deeply saddened to announce her passing on October 8, 2025, at the age of 91.

Stella was the beloved wife of the late Roger Blais, with whom she shared a beautiful life filled with love, laughter, and devotion. The two were married on October 17, 1964, and spent 45 wonderful years together before Roger's passing on October 11, 2009. Their marriage was a true partnership, built on faith, kindness, and care for one another.

Stella was a loving and dedicated mother to Christine (Eric) Wlodkowski, Cynthia Blais, and Josee (Scott) Blais-Martin. She was also a proud and adoring grandmother to Brenden Wlodkowski, Paige Wlodkowski, Isabella Martin, Carter Martin, Spencer Martin, and Delaney Martin, each of whom brought her great joy and pride.

Born in Hull, Quebec, Canada, Stella was one of ten children - Armande, Cecile, Alma, Cyprien, Stanislaus, Marie, Andre, Michelle, and Rene.

Stella lived a life defined by creativity, generosity, and unwavering faith. A talented seamstress and glass blower, she had a gift for making beautiful things with her hands and poured love into every project she touched. For many years, she worked at Santucci's Tuxedo Shop, where her sewing skills and attention to detail were admired by all who knew her.

A devoted member of Christ the Good Shepherd Catholic Church, Stella gave freely of her time and energy, always ready to help wherever she was needed. Her faith was the foundation of her life and everything she did. Her selfless spirit touched countless hearts within her church and the community.

At home, Stella took great pride in caring for her family and her home, creating a warm and welcoming space filled with laughter, delicious meals, and the scent of her blooming garden. She especially loved tending to her flowers - vibrant, colorful, and full of life, just like her.

Those who knew Stella will remember her for her sweet personality, her infectious laughter, and her unshakeable kindness. She lived with grace and gratitude, finding beauty and joy in simple things and inspiring others to do the same.

Her legacy of love, creativity, and faith will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.
