Stella Ann Dales

Stella Ann Dales, age 60, of Richlands, Virginia, passed away Sunday, August 3, 2025 in a Johnson City, TN hospital. She was born in Buchanan County and was the daughter of the late Luther Dales and Jonnie Mae Johnson Dales. She was a loving mother and aunt. She loved to spend time with her family and animals. She was always willing to help anyone she could. She was always a very social butterfly and always brought the energy to all the gatherings. Anyone who met her never forgot her because of her lasting impression. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two brothers, Dennis and David Dales. Survivors are: Sons: Stefon Dales of Raven, Virginia David Dales of Richlands, Virginia Sisters: Kathy Chafins and husband, Tim of Charlotte, North Carolina Rebecca McClanahan and husband, Steve of Taylorsville, NC Mary Meadows and husband, Doug of Paintlick, Virginia Linda Lester and husband, Ronnie of Pounding Mill, Virginia Brother: Sidney Dales and wife, Lisa of Lenoir, NC Special Friends: Robert and Anita Several nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews also survive.
