Survivors include her brother, James "Jimmy" Palmer (Ramona); brother-in-law, Alan Wheeling (Debbie); sisters-in-law, Linda Maddy and Cathy Teel; and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
The family will receive friends 11 a.m. until 12 Noon on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, at Dublin Baptist Church. Services will begin at 12 Noon with interment to follow in Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin.
The Wheeling family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford, VA www.mullinsfuneralhome.com.
