Stephanie A. Ferrari, passed away at Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune, on Valentine's Day, February 14, 2025, at the age of 56. Born on October 14, 1968, in Red Bank, she was a lifelong resident of Matawan, New Jersey. Stephanie's warmth, exuberance, and joyful spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Predeceased by her parents, William and Arlene Meggison, Stephanie's memory is cherished by her devoted husband of 34 years, Brian Ferrari. Together, they built a life filled with love and laughter in their hometown of Matawan. She was a proud and loving mother to her son, William Ferrari, and her two daughters, Noel Ferrari and her fiancé Richard Musse, and Raven Ferrari, all of whom reside in Matawan. Stephanie's nurturing heart extended to her three sisters, Kimberly and her husband Brian Bernath of Aberdeen, Patrice Meggison and Michelle Madden of Matawan, and Rachel Meggison of Freehold. Her legacy continues through her four grandsons, Liam, Logan, Ryder, and Daxton, who brought immense joy to her life. Additionally, her nephew, Bailey Konazeski.
Stephanie's professional life included dedicated service as a receptionist at V.E.I. Limousine, where she greeted everyone with a warm smile and a kind word.
Beyond her work, Stephanie was a past member of the Matawan Hook & Ladder Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary, contributing her time and energy to the organization's activities and events. Stephanie's interests were diverse and reflected her love for simple pleasures and family-centric activities. She found solace in crocheting and took pleasure in the intricate patterns she created. Coloring, with its quiet focus and creative expression, was another of Stephanie's favorite pastimes. She was also a fan of old-time black and white movies, often sharing her favorites with her family during cozy evenings at home.
An excellent cook, Stephanie, was known for her delectable dishes that were the centerpiece of family gatherings. Her recipes and the love with which she prepared them will be remembered and replicated by those she taught. However, among all her interests, the most cherished moments were the lively Nerf gun fights with her grandsons. These bouts of laughter and playfulness exemplified Stephanie's youthful spirit and love for fun.
Stephanie's life was marked by her unwavering commitment to her family, her kindness, and her ability to find joy in every moment. Her impact on her family, friends, and community was profound, and the memories she created will be treasured forever.
As we bid farewell to Stephanie A. Ferrari, we celebrate the remarkable woman she was and the enduring love she shared with so many. Her vibrant spirit and the lessons of compassion and joy she imparted will continue to inspire and guide us. Stephanie's life was a tapestry of love, friendship, and community, woven with the threads of her unwavering dedication to those she held dear. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten, as her legacy lives on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her. A Celebration of her life will be announced for a later date.
