Stephanie Hines LapinStephanie passed peacefully on 6-30-24 with family and friends by her side. She was preceded in death by parents: Donald M. Hines, Sr. and Anita G Hines; 2 husbands, Gary L. Lapin and Robert N. Whitelock, and a brother Donald M Hines. Jr. She is survived by a brother; Mark S. Hines (Pam), and 2 sisters, Leslie A. Moenius and A. Erin Hines. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.Stephanie had a lifelong career and retired from Northrop Grumman as a Sr. Executive Assistant in the President's office and NGESI International.Stephanie was a true lady who loved to golf, dance, and play cards. She lit up every room she walked into with her bright smile and kind words. She was so full of life, she was the 'bright spot' in many people's lives and will be terribly missed. She loved the beach and cherished her family and friends.There will be a 'Celebration of Life' in Cape Canaveral, FL in July. There will be a graveside service at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens in MD later this year.In lieu of flowers and gifts, donations may be made to your local SPCA.

I cleaned for her and Bob. You mentioned she loved to dance, I remember she had a party for Bob in Cambridge and they got on the dance floor and they amazed me with how they were so good and could tell they loved it. They were the best I have lots of good memories with them, can't believe they both are gone. Love and prayers to you all.
