Phagan, age 35, of Toccoa,
passed away Sunday, Nov.
23, 2025.
Born April 29, 1990, in
Toccoa, she was the
daughter of the late Donna
Gail Randall Cheek.
Ms. Phagan was a cook
at various restaurants,
and was of the Christian
faith.
Family members in-
clude her grandfather,
Wayland Randall, of Toc-
coa; sister, Malena Dawn
Kave (Matthew), and
nephews, Draven Tooth-
man, Caleb Toothman and
Joel Robles; aunts, Denise
Phillips, Danita Griffin
(Keith), Damina Harvey
(Ricky) and Dawon Black;
and numerous cousins.
She is also survived by
two birth daughters, Alex-
is Collins (parents,
Bradley and Elizabeth
Collins, and brother,
Ricky Collins), and Kyler
Phagan.
In addition to her par-
ents, she was preceded in
death by her grandmother,
Doris Randall, and uncle,
Randy Phillips.
The family received
friends at the mortuary
from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday,
Dec. 3, 2025.
Funeral services will be
held at 3 p.m. Thursday,
Dec. 4, 2025, from the
Chapel at Whitlock Mortu-
ary with pastor Tim Crun-
kleton and pastor Leon
Miller officiating.
Burial will follow at
Shiloh Baptist Church
Cemetery.
The following gentle-
men will serve as pallbear-
ers: Daniel Griffin, Dustin
Griffin, Dillan Griffin,
Denver Griffin, Derrick
Harvey and Daryl Black.
Daren Black will serve as
honorary pallbearer.
