Stephanie Stagner passed away on Sunday, March 1, 2026. She was born on June 26, 1973, in Sylvania, Ohio, to Kenneth and Andreea (Davidson) Stagner. From the very beginning, she lived life as a true character: full of laughter, strength, and a generous heart. Her vibrant spirit shone through in everything she did. She loved to laugh, dance, and surround herself with the color purple, a fitting reflection of her bold and joyful presence.
Determined and headstrong, Stephanie always knew what she wanted and never settled for less. She cherished Christmas, especially the joy of giving and sharing with others. Creative at heart, she enjoyed crafts of all kinds, particularly making bracelets that she often gifted to those she loved. Gospel music brought her comfort and happiness, and her Christian faith remained a meaningful foundation throughout her life.
With her big smile, warm energy, and naturally outgoing nature, Stephanie was often the life of the party. Her passing leaves a profound emptiness in the hearts of those who knew her, but she will always be remembered for her joy, her faith, and the love she freely shared.
Stephanie is survived by her brother, Jasen Stagner, along with Deb Rachow, Ajay Osei, Norma Parker, Anthony Cabell, Francis Tandoh, and all of her devoted caretakers, and roommates, Artina and Elizabeth, who were like family to her. She was preceded in death by her parents. Her light, laughter, and love will be deeply missed and forever treasured.
Friends may gather on Thursday, March 5, 2026, from 5-8 pm at Walker Funeral Home, 5155 W. Sylvania Avenue, Toledo, OH 43623. The Funeral Service will take place on Friday, March 6, 2026, beginning at Noon at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Toledo Memorial Park.
