Steven E. "Steve" Bidleman, 73, of Winter Haven, FL passed away on May 10, 2023 at his residence.
Born May 23, 1949 in Newfane, NY he moved to the area in the early 1960's.
Retired from PGTV in Polk County Government. He workd for Winter Haven Fire Department for many years. He worked as an Electronic Technician at Cypress Gardens and Busch Gardens. He was of the Lutheran Faith.
Steve loved his dogs and working on anything mechanical.
Preceded in death by his parents Earle R. Bidleman, Jr and Pearl Durow Bidleman.
Survived by his best friend and dog Coco. One sister, Christine (Ron) Phillips of Florence, South Carolina, 3 nephews and 3 nieces. Also survived by his best friend of 60 years Darrell (Dot) Burnham of Winter Haven and his dear friend Glenda Burnham Stephenson of Lakeland. Her sons, Randy (Donna) Stephenson of Port Richey, Brian (Rashel) Stephenson of Winter Haven, Scott (Rachael) Stephenson of Lakeland and Glenda's Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
Visitation will be 1:00pm till 2:00pm, Saturday, May 13, 2023 at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Winter Haven followed by services in the funeral home chapel at 2:00pm. Interment will follow at Auburndale Memorial Park.
