29 years was not long enough and I can’t imagine a life without you beside me.

Steve put everything and everyone first. To know him was to love him. Steve had very strong morals, values and more integrity than anyone. He had a strong sense of right and wrong. You always knew exactly where you stood, what he thought and you especially knew if he disagreed with you. He loved me (Leann Robinson) unconditionally, his stepson Taylor Payne (Saria), Grandson Carter Payne, Brother Boyd Bott (Carrie), Sisters Kim (Buzz) & Stephanie (Dave). Nephews Garret Bott, Clay Vanderlinden, Jamie Palmer. Nieces Amanda Bott, Casey (Carl & Maggie Hansen), Heidi (Brandon, Theo, Thad, Ronnie) Rowley, Courtney Palmer, Natalie (Logan Graham), His Horse Jim, Dogs Billy & Pete, his skid steer and his smoker.

He loved to work, loved his employer and his neighbors. Steve would help everyone and anyone who wanted to work. Steve loved anything dealing with electricity and substations. He could fix anything. Steve housed his employees, provided tools and was always willing to give advice. If Steve cooked for you- he loved you. He ended his career at Newman Construction (Mark & Jeff Newman), Apex Electric (Chris Nash). I have never been an emotional person. I've spent 10 weeks being more emotional than one person should ever have to be.

I will miss you and our life together so much.
